There’s a comment at the end of the ‘Blake’s 7’ segment that says Star Trek probably had an influence on those who later joined NASA, but Blake’s 7 was unlikely to have influenced anything. The truth is, William Tunstall-Pedoe, the British inventor behind Alexa, has said he was inspired by the computers on Blake’s 7.
